简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开的方式选择一家合格的供应商完成*年土地利用变化监测，主要工作内容是利用遥感技术手段对土地利用状况的动态变化进行定期或不定期的监视和测定。服务期限：*年*月*日至*年*月*日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，如本次中标人非原服务单位，在此期间所产生的服务费，待项目采购完成后由中标人按中标价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用，费用按中标价/**原单位服务天数计算。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project aims to select a qualified supplier through public tender to complete the land use change monitoring in *, the main work content is to use remote sensing technology means to monitor and measure the dynamic changes in land use on a regular or irregular basis. Service period: January *, * to December *, *. The original service provider will continue to provide services until the completion of this procurement. If the winning bidder is not the original service provider, the service fees generated during this period will be paid by the winning bidder according to the winning bid price after the procurement work is completed, the fees will be calculated as (winning bid price / *) * the number of service days provided by the original service provider (See Chapter * for details).

*、本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*. Not included in Credit China (***) and China Government Procurement Network (***) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; *. Must have the Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate issued by the competent department of natural resources according to law, the qualification level must be B or above, and the business scope includes photogrammetry and remote sensing; (*) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; *. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
