简要规则描述：本项目拟委托专业检测单位对住宅小区建筑物外墙墙面以及建筑附属构件进行安全检测，防范和化解安全风险隐患，切实保障居民住房安全。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to entrust a professional inspection unit to conduct safety inspections on the exterior walls and ancillary components of buildings in the residential community, to prevent and defuse safety risks and hidden dangers, and effectively ensure the safety of residents housing. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.)

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:It must possess the qualification certification for inspection and testing institutions issued by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (the scope of inspection and testing capabilities listed in the attached table of the certificate includes the content of this project). *. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious dishonesty records in government procurement on Credit China (***) and China Government Procurement Network (***); *. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. *. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
