简要规则描述：本项目位于潍坊九村内，目前该小区绿化景观、公共设施等陈旧，拟开展更新提升改造，增加绿化花木品类，提升小区绿化景观，围墙等公共界面更新，植入低碳环保、儿童友好、休闲健身等功能，融入节能低碳改造元素等。主要工作内容包括栽植灌木、栽植色带、栽植地被植物、整理绿化用地、拆除原有人行道砖硬质场地、景观铺装、增加坐凳等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）
Brief Specification Description:This project is located within Jiucun Village in Weifang. Currently, the green landscape and public facilities in this community are outdated. It is planned to carry out renewal, improvement and renovation, increase the variety of green flowers and trees, enhance the green landscape of the community, update public interfaces such as fences, incorporate low-carbon and environmental protection, child-friendly, and leisure and fitness functions, and incorporate energy-saving and low-carbon renovation elements, etc. The main job contents include planting shrubs, planting color bands, planting ground cover plants, organizing green space, removing the original hard ground of the sidewalk bricks, landscape paving, and adding benches, etc. For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.
