简要规则描述：本项目拟通过竞争性磋商的方式选择一家合格的供应商，全面加强上钢新村街道世博城运平台运营管理，主要包括工单流转，数据分析与发布，绩效考评，资料汇总与上报，监督员巡视轨迹、信息员工作量统计，视频巡视、跟踪事件动态，突发事件信息的收集报送、汇总分析和预警发布，做好各设备日常维护工作，完成上级交办的其他工作事宜等工作内容。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive consultation to comprehensively enhance the operation and management of the Expo City Operation Platform in Shanggang Xincun Sub-district. It mainly includes work order circulation, data analysis and release, performance evaluation, data summary and reporting, statistics of supervisors inspection trajectories and information officers workloads, video inspection, and tracking of event dynamics. The collection and reporting of emergency information, summary and analysis, and early warning release, as well as the daily maintenance of various equipment and the completion of other tasks assigned by superiors. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.)
