（*）公司资产状况良好，具有履行合同所必需的设备；依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金，具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；
（*）法人依法设立的分支机构以自己的名义参与磋商时，应提供依法登记的相关证明材料和由法人出具的授权其分支机构在其经营范围内参加政府采购活动并承担全部民事责任的书面声明。法人与其分支机构不得同时参与同一项目的采购活动。
