Brief Specification Description:In order to further enhance the external visibility and openness of the Lingang New Area, and continuously improve its external image, a supplier service will be selected through competitive negotiation to operate, maintain, and manage the new media matrix centered on Shanghai Lingang, improve the originality of new media platform content, increase dissemination power, and expand influence.
