简要规则描述：拟对东河村及通源东路等区域，北至东雷路，南至石乱子港，西至两港公路，东至通源东路区域内*个地块的生态公益林进行一般抚育，抚育面积约*.*亩(具体以实测为准)。抚育内容为间伐(疏伐、生长伐)、苗木补植、修枝、人工促进天然更新等。
Brief Specification Description:It is planned to conduct general tending on the ecological public welfare forests in * plots within the areas including Donghe Village and Tongyuan East Road (bounded by Donglei Road to the north, Shiluanzi Port to the south, Lianggang Highway to the west, and Tongyuan East Road to the east), with a tending area of approximately *.* mu (the specific area shall be subject to actual measurement). The tending contents include intermediate felling (thinning, growth felling), seedling replanting, pruning, artificial promotion of natural regeneration, etc.
合同履约期限：双方完成了相互约定的工作内容后终止。
The Contract Period:It shall be terminated after both parties have completed the mutually agreed work content.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:Policy on mandatory procurement of energy-saving products: Mandatory procurement of items marked with ★ in the national energy-saving product list.
Policy on encouraging energy conservation: Under the same conditions of technical, service and other indicators, priority shall be given to products listed in the national energy-saving product list.
Policy on encouraging environmental protection: Under the same conditions of performance, technical, service and other indicators, priority shall be given to products listed in the national environmental protection product list.
Implement measures for reserving quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. （*）其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：*人，且需包含*园林项目负责人、安全员、质量员、材料员、中级及以上园林绿化工（班组负责人）各*名；
（*）拟派项目负责人须具有上海市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡，且无本市在建项目记录。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of the Peoples Republic of China (branch companies are not permitted to participate in the bidding of this project in their own name);
(*) Other qualification requirements: Requirements for the proposed staffing of the on-site project management organization: A total of * personnel shall be assigned, including * person each for the following positions: *Landscape Project Director, Safety Officer, Quality Inspector, Materials Manager, and Landscape Gardener with intermediate or higher professional title (Team Leader);
(*) The proposed Project Director must hold the Electronic Information Card for Project Directors of Shanghai Landscape Architecture and Greening Engineering Practitioners, and have no record of ongoing projects in this city.
