(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*. Possess the third-class or above qualification for general contracting of communication engineering construction, and have a valid safety production license;
*. bidders proposed project manager must have a first-class (or above) registered constructor qualification in the communication and broadcasting engineering specialty, have a valid safety production training qualification certificate and the person in charge of this project is subject to verification on the website of Shanghai Building and Building Materials Industry.
