（*）本项目拟派项目负责人须具备市政公用工程专业二级（及其以上）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产知识考核合格证书，且不得担任其他在建建设工程项目的项目负责人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Possess a Grade * or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; (*) Possess a valid work safety license; (*) The proposed project leader for this project must hold a second-level (or above) registered constructor professional qualification in municipal public works, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production knowledge assessment, and must not concurrently serve as the project leader for any other ongoing construction project.
