简要规则描述：航头镇镇南社区PDS*-0*单元0*-0*A-0*地块土地储备项目，于*年*月获取立项批复《关于航头镇镇南社区 PDS*-0*单元0*-0*A-0*地块土地储备项目可行性研究报告暨项目建议书的批复》（沪浦发改城〔*〕*号），该地块为新机制项目。地块四至范围：东至航鹤路，南至顺泰路，西至韵兰路，北至航卫港绿化带。地块占地面积约*㎡（约*亩），用地性质为商业用地。该地块为航头镇“四个一批”*个重点项目其中一批重点区域开发项目的地块。目前正在办理征地工作，计划年内完成场地平整，达到净地标准。
Brief Specification Description:The land reserve project of plot 0*-0*A-0*, PDS*-0*, Zhennan Community, hangtou, was approved in November * with the Reply on Feasibility Study Report and Project Proposal of Plot 0*-0*A-0*, PDS*-0*, Zhennan Community, hangtou (No.* [*] of Shanghai Pudong Development Zone), which is a new mechanism project. The four boundaries of the plot: Hanghe Road in the east, Shuntai Road in the south, Yunlan Road in the west, and Hangwei Port Green Belt in the north. The plot covers an area of about *,* ㎡ (about * mu), and the nature of the land is commercial land. This plot is the plot of a batch of key regional development projects among the four batches of * key projects in hangtou. At present, the land acquisition work is being handled, and it is planned to complete the site leveling within the year to reach the standard of clean land.
