简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据《上海市*年生活垃圾分类工作实施方案》（沪分减联办【*】*号）、《浦东新区持续优化生活垃圾全程分类体系工作方案》（浦分减联办【*】*号）、*年浦东新区生活垃圾分类减量推进工作指标清单等文件要求，*年沪东新村街道需对*个投放点专项更新并科技赋能、*个投放点微更新。主要以提升分类投放点设施便利化、智能化水平，深化垃圾分类智能场景应用为目标。采购内容主要包括垃圾箱房及垃圾亭更新材料、除臭设备、杀虫设备、周边环境广宣材料等。（具体内容及要求详见招标文件第三章—采购需求书。）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In accordance with the requirements of documents such as the Implementation Plan for Shanghais Domestic Waste Classification Work in * (Shanghai Branch of the Joint Office of Domestic Waste Reduction [*] No. *), the Work Plan for Continuously Optimizing the Full-Process Classification System of Domestic Waste in Pudong New Area (Pudong Branch of the Joint Office of Domestic Waste Reduction [*] No. *), and the List of Indicators for Promoting Domestic waste classification and reduction in Pudong New Area in *, In *, Hudong Xincun Sub-district needs to carry out special updates and technological empowerment for * distribution points, as well as micro-updates for * distribution points. For details, please refer to the procurement documents.
合同履约期限：合同签定后*天到货并安装调试完毕，验收后提供*年免费质保服务。
The Contract Period:The goods will be delivered and installed and debugged within * days after the contract is signed. A one-year free warranty service will be provided after acceptance.
