简要规则描述：为进一步加强上海野生动物园周边区域综合安全保障工作，提升园区周边区域安全运行能力，有效防范和遏制安全隐患发生，为市民游客营造安全保障环境，推进上海野生动物园周边区域健康稳定和可持续发展，拟计划采购专项安保服务，服务内容包括上海野生动物园周边区域治安反扒、打击黄牛、交通维护等专项治安安保工作
Brief Specification Description:In order to further strengthen the comprehensive security guarantee work in the surrounding area of Shanghai Wild Animal Park, improve the safety operation capability of the surrounding area of park, effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of safety hazards, create a safe guarantee environment for citizens and tourists, and promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of the surrounding area of Wild Animal Park, it is planned to purchase special security services, and the service content includes special security work such as public security anti-theft, cracking down on scalpers, traffic maintenance in the surrounding area of Shanghai Wild Animal Park.
