简要规则描述：曹路新市镇中心片区D*（北侧）地块土地储备项目位于上海浦东新区曹路镇，东至D*北侧（D*-*、D*-*、D*-*、D*-*、D*-*）地块，南至规划银峰路，西至华东路，北至规划秦家港路，总用地面积约*平方米。本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，择优选取一家供应商，对曹路新市镇中心片区D*（北侧）地块土地进行土壤污染状况初步调（具体详见第四章项目需求）。
Brief Specification Description:The land reserve project for Plot D* (northern side) in the central area of Caolu New Town is located in Caolu Town, Pudong New District, Shanghai. It is bounded by Plot D* to the east (D*-*, D*-*, D*-*, D*-*, D*-*), planned Yinfeng Road to the south, Huadong Road to the west, and planned Qinjiagang Road to the north, with a total land area of approximately *,0* square meters. This project intends to select a supplier through public procurement, in order to conduct a preliminary investigation of soil pollution conditions for Plot D* (northern side) in the central area of Caolu New Town (for details, please refer to Chapter * Project Requirements).
