简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本包件为黎明填埋场日常环境监测，根据排污许可证环境管理要求，按计划开展黎明填埋场*年度自行监测工作，现委托第三方检测单位开展废气、废水、雨水监测及厂界环境监测等工作。本项目共设*个包件，同一投标人可对一个包件进行投标，也可对多个包件同时进行投标，同一投标人允许最多中标*个包件。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This package is for daily environmental monitoring of Liming Landfill. According to the environmental management requirements of the pollution discharge permit, Liming Landfill will carry out self-monitoring work in * as planned. A third-party testing unit is now entrusted to carry out waste gas, wastewater, rainwater monitoring and factory boundary environmental monitoring. There are * packages in this project. The same bidder can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time. The same bidder is allowed to win the bid for up to * package.

合同履约期限：自合同签订后的下一个自然月起计一年。

二、申请人的资格要求
*. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
