简要规则描述：为保障辅助辖区公安交警、派出所及其他镇域内综合治理之需，常态化开展核心区域的镇级道路、学校周边等交通排堵保畅、非机动车违章检查、秩序引导等道路交通整治任务及重大活动期间的道路交通保障、治安辅助业务等，拟通过公开竞争性磋商的方式选择一位合格供应商提供交通整治及治安辅助服务，以切实维护本镇域内的交通秩序、保障交通安全畅通。本项目服务时长约*小时。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:In order to ensure the comprehensive management of public security traffic police, police stations and other towns in the auxiliary area, the tasks of road traffic improvement such as traffic congestion and smoothness around town roads and schools in the core area, illegal inspection of non-motor vehicles, order guidance, and road traffic protection and public security auxiliary business during major events are carried out regularly. It is planned to select a qualified supplier to provide traffic improvement and public security auxiliary services through open competitive consultation, so as to effectively maintain traffic order and ensure traffic safety and smoothness in the town. The service duration of this project is about *,000 hours. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
