简要规则描述：浦东新区生态环境局城运管理和热线平台，承担浦东新区生态环境局应急值守工作，处理浦东新区城运中心、浦东新区生态环境局对口市相关职能局转派的热线、城运管理等各类工单，处理浦东新区生态环境局智能发现、微信、微博等局内自行发现需协同处置的工单，处理其他来源转派的各类工单，并对相关内容进行查评分析，管理时间全年*天**小时无间断。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:The Urban Monitoring and Hotline Platform of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Pudong New Area is responsible for the emergency duty work of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Pudong New Area. It handles various types of work orders such as hotlines and urban monitoring management transferred by the Urban Monitoring Center of Pudong New Area and the corresponding municipal functional departments of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Pudong New Area as well as work orders discovered by the bureau itself through intelligent means WeChat and Weibo that require collaborative handling. It also handles various work orders transferred from other sources and conducts assessment and analysis of the relevant content. The platform operates without interruption throughout the year * days * * hours. (For details please refer to the procurement requirements in Chapter *)
